| 01/07/2026 | Non-EU citizens Application Platform Now CLOSED | The application platform for non-EU citizens is now closed, and no further applications can be submitted. We would like to inform all candidates who have successfully submitted their applications that the evaluation process is currently underway. The status of each application will be communicated by the end of July. Once the evaluation has been completed, your application may receive one of the following statuses: • Validated – Your application has successfully passed the institutional verification process and will be forwarded to the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research for the final evaluation and issuance of the admission letter. • Invalidated – Your application requires corrections or additional information. Candidates whose applications are marked as “Invalidated” will have 72 hours from the notification date to make the requested corrections and resubmit the required documents through the application platform. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in the rejection of the application. • Rejected – Your application does not meet the eligibility requirements. Applications marked as Rejected are considered final and cannot be modified or resubmitted. We kindly ask all candidates to monitor both their email address and their application account regularly for updates regarding the status of their application.
